Compliance Aggregate Spend Manager

This position provides compliance oversight of the aggregate spend system, including helping to identify new business rules and collaborating with vendor and IT partners to resolve data and operational issues. He/she monitors source-system and behavioral issues, conducts root cause analyses, and escalates issues for remediation. The person ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all federal and state spend filings. He/she provides new hire training to new sales representatives and other field-based employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of seven years of compliance, finance, internal audit, accounting, or other applicable analytical business function experience. The person will preferably have pharmaceutical industry experience. He/she will have in-depth knowledge of federal and state aggregate spend reporting laws.

Senior Director of Internal Controls

This position advances financial compliance efforts across the global enterprise. He/she reviews, designs, and implements internal controls and procedures to assure compliance with regulatory and enterprise-wide internal control and financial compliance requirements. The person monitors the various aspects of the company’s compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act on behalf of management, including annual assessments. He/she leads the activities of the internal controls team, and collectively partners with control sponsors and control owners in each of the business units.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. He/she will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or auditing, including a mix of public accounting and industry experience. The person will have CPA certification and strong knowledge of various financial systems, including SAP, JDE, and Hyperion.
