PennMedicine210Penn Medicine Southern Chester County has been awarded prestigious national recognition from Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine.

The Jennersville ambulatory care center was named “Best New Development, MOBs (Medical Office Buildings) and Other Outpatient Facilities, 50,000 to 99,999 square feet,” in HREI’s 2016 Insights Awards competition. The award was recently presented during the RealShare Healthcare Real Estate conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Penn Medicine Southern Chester County, which is owned by Seavest, was built in partnership with Anchor Health Properties to expand Chester County Hospital’s healthcare services to clients in its southernmost market.

The comprehensive facility consolidates current practices in the market with additional specialties and services. Ideally placed at the intersection of two major thoroughfares, the facility features specialty physician practices, as well as a future outpatient surgery center. It is anchored by its popular primary care practice, which is complemented by laboratory, radiology, and rehabilitation services.

“We are proud that Penn Medicine Southern Chester County was named a winner in the distinguished HREI Insights Awards, and are proud to have partnered with Anchor Health Properties on this project,” said Seavest Senior Managing Director Jonathan L. Winer.
