Commercial Maintenance Technician
The candidate will regional responsibilities for maintenance duties and project work on commercial office building and retail sites. Health, 401k, and additional benefits are offered. Company vehicle may be provided. He/she must be able to respond to emergencies during on-call rotation. Occasional second-or third-shift duties are required.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience with general building maintenance and project work. Trade-specific certifications are a plus, as are any advanced degrees. The ability to multi-task is a requirement. He/she must be able to work independently and follow directions. Applicants should have the ability to effectively communicate utilizing current computer technologies. A valid driver’s license is necessary.
