Quality Engineer II

The Quality Engineer is responsible for leading field action investigation activities for patient safety, including managing preliminary risk assessment, health hazard evaluation and quality review board meetings. This position will coordinate investigation activities with subject matter experts from design and manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and robustness of information received, preparing documentation and presenting issues to management level review boards.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Science is required. Advanced Degree is preferred. Two years of experience in a medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry, and product investigation experience is required. Previous involvement with patient safety and field action activities is preferred.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for executing the portfolio of HR work in the US in support of business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies. This position actively manages competing business and HR priorities. The Manager will connect to center of experts and shared services resources/ capabilities to implement strategy, and deliver on the portfolio of HR work for all employees.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-function, and a high level recruiting for senior level positions and experience with developing compensation strategy & understands compensation as a performance lever.

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will assist in the implementation of a new process and training and will identify critical path or roadblocks within a project and offer solutions, provide leadership and guidance to team members. Individuals in this position will have significant amounts of critical organizational knowledge.

The qualified applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or related fields required and at least 4 years of industry experience required and 3 years of project management experience. The optimal candidate must demonstrate success in leading a project from concept through introduction as well as demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload.
