Senior Manager of HR and Employee Development

This position coordinates all employee development activities within the Americas region. He/she helps identify current and future talent development requirements, and supports high potential staff members. The person coaches and mentors organizational leaders to support their continuous improvement. He/she conducts training sessions covering leadership, policies, procedures, and best practices to continually update the management team and workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. He/she will have a minimum of five years of human resources experience with a focus in employee development. The person will have a demonstrated ability to manage change, including dealing with ambiguity and managing conflict.
