Senior Application Engineer – Customer & Cloud Operations
This position serves as a second-level contact for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and escalation of customer issues; provides solutions to consultants during the implementation phases of projects; and performs detailed analysis on customer issues to determine causes and appropriate solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science; five to ten years of experience implementing and supporting complex enterprise systems with integrations to different applications; and experience with and understanding of web/J2EE architecture and web technology components.

Technical Sales Consultant
This position supports the sales team as an expert on technical and integration issues throughout the sales cycle; leads formal and informal architecture discussions; responds to technical issues raised by prospects; and leads or supports on-site POCs as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of software design, engineering, and/or programming experience; a minimum of three years of pre-sales experience with an enterprise software company; and expertise with current web technologies and frameworks, including HTML5, CSS3, JS, and React.
