Finance Manager

Ricoh, in Malvern, is seeking a Finance Manager responsible to provide financial decision support to Marketing leaders and support the overall finance structure. Once hired, the Finance Manager will prepare studies, reports, cash flow projections and business models, as well as assist in the preparation of the company’s annual plan.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business related function, at least five years general experience, preferably in related industry. Experience in sales and marketing is preferred.

Agile Business Analyst

Ricoh, in Malvern, is looking for an Agile Business Analyst with the primary responsibility for acting as the liaison with business partners and translating the capabilities defined by Product Owners into initiatives/features/functions/stories that can be developed and delivered from a technology perspective. The Agile Business Analyst will collaborate with product teams in technology, operations and business communities to collect information, perform research and summarize analysis in support of user stories, synthesizing complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working as a business system analyst delivering Web or ecommerce solutions, and strong communication and facilitation skills. In-depth understanding of Agile methodology is required.

Senior Analyst

Ricoh, in Malvern, is seeking a Senior Analyst to provides support for the end user community as the key subject matter expert in the assigned area. The Analyst will perform functional analysis, gap identification and requirements definitions for changes requested, and provide functional/application expertise within the assigned function including conducting in depth quality reviews on design and testing.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information technology or related field required, and at least 5 years of experience in Information technology.
