Account Executive – SMB
This position helps clients launch successful employee surveys while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process; communicates survey results to clients; and determines client needs for data and provides helpful information about the results package that meets those needs.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant inside sales and/or field sales experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern sales tools, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and more; and a strong desire to help clients improve workplace culture.

Sales Development Representative
This position contacts potential customers through cold calls and e-mails; qualifies leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities; serves as a member of the sales team in supporting new business development; and networks and attends key events and tradeshows.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; and one to three years of proven work experience as a sales/business development representative or sales account executive in the HR professional services or SaaS space.
