Procurement Specialist

This position manages supplier relationships. He/she serves as the primary escalation point for vendor performance issues within assigned areas. The person communicates vendor scorecard data, hosts periodic business reviews, addresses systemic problems, and encourages suppliers who perform well. He/she authors and executes sourcing strategies for assigned areas.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. He/she will have a minimum of six years of experience in purchasing and negotiation. SAP experience is a significant plus.

Systems Test Engineer

This position designs and conducts experiments and tests of systems and subsystems comprised of software, hardware, and optical components. He/she performs statistical analysis of data, and makes recommendations based upon said analysis. The person diagnoses and troubleshoots system issues to determine the root cause and develops appropriate corrective action.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer, or software engineering. He/she will have strong debugging and root cause problem-solving skills associated with hardware and software. The person will have experience with software scripting languages like Python.

Director, Global Supply Chain Planning

This position manages global planning and inventory control processes and collaborates with commercial stakeholders on forecasting. He/she optimizes global inventory levels to meet customer service, business continuity, and cost objectives throughout the global distribution network. The person coordinates global supply chain product availability, issues, and performance. He/she leads a team of global planners, and sets department policy for conduct of inventory and planning activities, objectives, and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution functions. The person will have experience managing global teams, including a minimum of five years of experience in supervisory roles.
