Technical Support Center Manager – The role requires someone who is detail oriented, possesses excellent leadership, career development, and customer service skills, and can execute on multiple projects at once. The Technical Support Center Manager is a multifaceted role designed to provide the Support team with the leadership needed to effectively deliver exceptional customer service. Core duties include applying leadership and development skills to lead a highly driven team to deliver exceptional customer service by way of coaching, training and career development, and to act as a point of contact for customers and staff during service impacting events and in instances where customers experiencing chronic issues are in need a higher level of focus and attention.
Project Manager – Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of Evolve IP’s cloud service offerings, coordinating the efforts of Evolve IP associates, partners, and customers to ensure a quick and accurate delivery of services. Serving as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the implementation process, the Project Manager works closely with customers to understand their vision for the services they have ordered and collaborates with Evolve IP’s service activation teams to ensure that those services are configured and delivered to customers according to the specifications. Requires someone who is detail oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and can juggle multiple projects at once.
Cloud Computing Sales Engineer – Serves as the primary technical resource for the sales force on cloud computing, security and networking products/services and are responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. The ideal candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and ensure a proper hand-off to project management, engineering and support personnel once an agreement is signed.
Software Developer – Evolve IP is seeking the right person to fit into a dynamic, fun team that delivers complicated telecom and IS operations software in a fast paced environment. The problems we solve are highly data centric and these problems contain complex data problems that our customers rely on for their daily business needs. The individual will be a trained/skilled developer with some understanding of Java, Spring, Hibernate, OOP, Scrum, Agile Software Delivery and have the passion and desire to grow into a highly skilled developer in a casual, profit driven, rapidly expanding company. Two years of experience are preferred, but entry level applications will be considered.
