Malvern’s Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, a leading developer and operator of infrastructure projects for colleges and universities, has promoted Dan Savoia to Vice President of Development.

In his new role, Savoia will head BBCS’s development initiatives and establish new processes and methodologies to streamline the development process and indentify new business opportunities.

CubeSmart, Malvern’s self-storage solutions provider, has won the Best Customer Service award from Inside Self-Storage’s 2016 Best of Business reader’s choice poll. This is the sixth year in a row that the company has won one of ISS’s awards.

The annual poll asks self-storage industry professionals and regular customers to name their favorite provider in various categories including best customer service and best third party management.
