Arbor Ridge, located at 70-74 E. Swedesford Road in Malvern, was awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) in the Suburban Low Rise category.

Originally constructed in 1960, and fully renovated in 2014-2015, Arbor Ridge is now a Class A Office park, consisting of 3 buildings.

The building is located along the Route 202 corridor and is within 2 miles from the new Route 29, Pennsylvania Turnpike entrance.

“Advantage is thrilled to be involved with Arbor Ridge,” said Advantage’s president Trish Faidiga. “The ownership team at Alliance have been great partners in this project and it is fantastic to see that their vision has been recognized by the commercial real estate community.”
