Visitor Center Assistant Manager

This position will assist in the daily operations of the Visitor Center, including supporting guest services and the admissions and ticketing operation for more than 1.3 million guests, event, performing arts and membership sales. Responsibilities include hiring, managing, training, and scheduling staff. He/she will assist with crowd control, access to the gardens, rentals, resolution of guest issues, and monitoring of guest flow inside the Visitor Center throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience supervising staff, and will have a customer service, ticketing, non-profit, or hospitality background. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and experience using a point-of-sale ticketing system is required. Knowledge of ticketing operations, reporting, guest service standards, and familiarity with technical systems is also required.

Operational Services Assistant Manager

This position will provide assistance in supervising the daily operations of our Operational Services division in accordance with defined, guest-centric steps of service. He/she is responsible for assisting with hiring and training staff, implementing work schedules and assignments, and executing work order requests. Administrative duties include scheduling staff, inventory control, uniform ordering/processing, and account budget management support.

The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a customer service-oriented establishment. He/she will have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in cleaning and sanitation practices, as well as strong guest service and hospitality skills.

Senior IT Systems Administrator and Security Manager

This position is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, security management, and maintenance of systems and hardware, software, and related network infrastructure.  He/she will manage the IT security program, developing policy and managing IT security systems such as firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection, log analysis, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and incident response.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The position requires expert knowledge in Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, Networks (wired and wireless), IT security frameworks, and associated tools used to secure network infrastructure. He/she should have detailed understanding of and experience in ensuring PCI-DSS compliance.
