Vice President of International Strategy

This position will focus on developing and executing high-impact strategic and operational business priorities. The position will be seen as a critical subject matter expert to design strategies to fuel an international business growth, drive a consistent strategy, and support business development in the international market. He/she will be accountable for the strategic development of bold ideas, and lead the international team in ensuring performance against customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree (an MBA from a top-ranked institution is preferred). He/she should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in international business with an increasing responsibility in strategic planning, corporate business development, and international business management.

Staff Accountant

This position’s primary responsibility will be to oversee and control Client Inventories. This includes slow-moving and obsolescence reviews, scrapping recommendations, inventory best practices, process improvements, and inventory controls. Other responsibilities include reconciling inventory balance sheet accounts, resolving inventory PO matching holds, and updating average costs each month.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and have two to four years of experience, preferably with inventory/manufacturing. Public Accounting experience is a plus. He/she should understand the “pathway” of a transaction, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Health & Safety Coordinator

This position assists with planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of occupational health, safety, environmental programs to assure the safety for all CTDI and sub-contract employees. He/she will assist Operations and Logistics staff to assure that CTDI facilities comply with applicable federal and state health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards. The person will conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. He/she should have four to six years of related experience. The person must have knowledge or training in the following: electronics manufacturing and warehouse safety practices, compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, federal and state regulations and standards.
