Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
This position is responsible for the overall management of the planning and systems function within the supply-chain environment. He/she is accountable for setting up logistic processes with smooth operation flow to meet the requirement of on-going development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan. The focus of the role is to maintain the inventory levels and minimize storage and handling costs with third-party warehousing and co-packing operations.
The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management/Industrial Engineering, or have seven years of relevant work experience. A Master’s Degree is preferred. He/she will also have five to seven years of supply-chain management experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. The person will have knowledge of statistical techniques and 3PL systems and processes.

Operations Shift Manager
This position is responsible for leading the manufacturing operations of a team of Associates and contractors to produce high-quality products in an engaging environment. Operating on eight-hour shifts, five days a week, the factory manufactures products for the North American and Canadian markets. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of operations on his/her shift – Safety, Quality, Output and Performance, and Associate Engagement.
The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Engineering, the Sciences, or Business – and have five to seven years of experience in a leadership role. He/she must be flexible to all shifts, and have the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making concerning Associates, quality, safety, and performance of machines and equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
