Software Engineer

The person will be a scholar of technology and driven to become an expert on our internal and external systems. The position is the backbone of our team velocity, taking defined work and driving it through to completion, day-in and day-out. Responsibilities include participating in problem solving and troubleshooting for the assigned applications, functional areas, or projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Computer Science, MIS, or the equivalent work experience. He/she must have a minimum of three years of IT delivery experience, especially in Internet environments, and a minimum of three years of experience with Windows-based operating system environments. A thorough understanding of relational database technologies is required.

QA Analyst

The position is responsible for performing quality-assurance duties throughout the project lifecycle. The person will review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined, an analyze project requirements and develop Test Plans and documented test cases that ensure that all functionality is performing as intended. He/she will also conduct formal test case review sessions with project team and incorporate feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the equivalent work experience. The person should have at least three years of QA experience focusing on software verification and back-end data validation, and a minimum of two years of experience testing web-based applications. Experience with a defect tracking tool such as Quality Center, as well as experience with business support software applications such as MS Office is required.

Software Architect (.Net)

The position is responsible for designing technology solutions that support the overall Product Technology strategy. He/she will evaluate project requirements and produce high-level and detail-level design deliverables that enable the Product Engineering Team to develop products that are robust, flexible, scalable, secure, and that support the strategic initiatives of the enterprise. The person will work directly with a Product Manager to ensure that the project team has defined work that is ready for execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Computer Science, MIS, or the equivalent work experience. He/she must have a minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience, especially in Internet environments, as well as a minimum of three years of experience as a Technical Lead on large-scale software implementations. The person will have a minimum of seven years of experience in multi-tier, distributed enterprise architecture environments.
