Marketing Analytics Manager

CubeSmart is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager at its Malvern headquarters. The successful candidate will be an inquisitive thinker and experienced technician with a passion for analytics and a formal education in operations research, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or other quantitative field, and will have the digital marketing and project management expertise to be a key contributor in a world-class marketing organization.

Once hired, the Analytics Manager will lead the continued development of CubeSmart’s online and offline marketing analytics efforts – with direct report to the VP of Marketing and in strong coordination with the Director of Internet Marketing and the Business Intelligence group.

A Bachelor’s degree in operations research,statistics, mathematics, marketing, or other quantitative field, and 2+ years of directly related experience,
expert knowledge of Google Analytics and related analytics tools and a fluency in advanced Excel (statistical and data manipulation experience) are required

Senior Accountant

CubeSmart is seeking a Senior Accountant to work in its Malvern headquarters. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing relationships and ensuring accurate preparation of related financial deliverables associated with their portfolio of properties.  Some of the related responsibilities include financial statement and reconciliation review, discussions with personnel in numerous departments and problem resolution.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, analytical and driven thought processes, leadership skills and advanced application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”).

Qualifications for the position included a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related fields, a minimum of five to seven years of business accounting experience, General ledger and financial statement mastery together with the ability to create and adapt accounting reports and craft business correspondence. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Applications Developer – Team Lead

CubeSmart seeks an individual to lead their applications development team. Once hired, the Team Lean will have the responsibility for the administration, enhancements and migration of the company’s core services platform to Microsoft Windows Azure.

This position is critical to the ongoing success of CubeSmart’s electronic document generation platform and enhancing its Revenue Management application as well.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning and be able to adapt to changing tasks quickly. In addition, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 5-10 years of related experience, expertise in Web UX frameworks, AJAX, Javascript and some exposure to the .NET framework (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server database systems are a must.
