Brandywine Hospital LogoBrandywine Hospital, located on an 85-acre campus right off the Route 30 Bypass, is a 169-bed facility with a full range of inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical, diagnostic, and emergency care. The hospital also offers bariatric surgery for weight loss, adult and older adult behavioral health, robotic-assisted surgery, and an eating-disorders unit. Director of Intake

The position is responsible for directing and overseeing the intake process and intake coordinators for CHS regionally. This will be done in accordance with current standards of mental health practice. He/she will collect data from inquiry calls and assessments. The person will also maintain a database, run reports as requested by Administration, and assist in coordination of inpatient admission process.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree and at least five years of experience in the field. He/she must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Manager of Materials

This position manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials, as well as selection of vendors. He/she will make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. The person will coordinate and resolve issues regarding existing and new products, and will interact with customers to ensure that all requirements are being met.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and five to seven years of experience in the field. He/she must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator

This position will carry out duties required by the Chief of Staff to maintain an organized Medical Staff, including consultation with department chiefs and committee chairman. He/she will ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, State regulations and other such standards. The person will act in a technical and advisory capacity for the Medical Staff and Administration regarding compliance, and provide maintenance of Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess at least an Associate’s Degree, and have a minimum of three years of experience in medical staff services. National Association of Medical Staff Services Certification is preferred. He/she must have expertise in MDStaff, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and Internet. The person must be able to work well in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
