Director/Senior Director – Key Accounts

This position directs and develops business strategies and tactics directed at strategic accounts in order to achieve performance objectives. He/she develops strategies through effective analysis of available data, conducting account analysis, and considering market information and trends. The person works with sales and operations to ensure operational efficiencies, customer focus, clarity, and field coordination. He/she continuously monitors field activities and regularly visits and works with direct reports or other team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of leadership level experience in the CRO, CDMO, pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device industries. He/she will have demonstrated business and strategic planning skills and a proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets.

Senior Clinical Database Administrator

This position administers the Oracle Clinical 4.6.6 application, including assigning new users, granting and revoking user privileges, and day-to-day maintenance and back-ups of the database. He/she identifies and resolves problems occurring in OC environments, including performance-related issues. The person designs, tests, and deploys clinical studies in OC.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a software discipline. He/she will have at least three years of experience administering large systems databases and Oracle DBA certification. The person must have training and a working knowledge of the OC application software and the Oracle database management system.

Manufacturing and Clinical Technician

This position performs tasks and participates in the clinical manufacturing of solid, semi-solid, and liquid formulations. He/she assists in the equipment set up, operation, and maintenance, and provides daily cleaning throughout the facility in conformance with applicable guidelines and regulations. The person maintains, stores, and monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate must be able to understand and follow lab procedures. Experience with cGMP guidelines and regulations is a plus. The person must have strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
