This position is responsible for managing and directing sales and service functions of assigned branch offices to realize market potential, along with office growth and profitability objectives. He/she meets targeted goals and defined minimum standard requirements for bank products and services, while ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will ensure branch is properly staffed and that team members are trained to meet customer service needs and sales objectives.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in related banking and/or sales management. Personal Banker – Chester County

This position will work as an active member of the retail sales team by completing documentation and performing point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts. He/she will provide customers with direct service while taking advantage of selling and cross-selling opportunities. The person will meet targeted goals and defined minimum standard requirements, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent banking experience combined with a minimum of two years of direct-sales experience.
