Director of Digital Marketing

As the leader of a team of five marketing professionals, this position will manage a multimillion-dollar digital marketing budget that spans a broad spectrum of marketing strategies and media types, including paid search, display, email, directories, aggregators, and social media. He/she will provide strategic oversight of the company’s website development and optimization efforts by establishing development roadmaps and business objectives. The person will also set the strategic direction for the company’s social media efforts.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with five years of experience. He/she will have a deep knowledge of the full digital marketing landscape and available media types. The person will also have experience developing and managing diverse, high-performing teams, and have a strong balance of creative talent and technical proficiency.

Director, Acquisitions

This position will expand existing partnerships and establish new relationships with self-storage operators and prospective sellers in select markets across the country. He/she will source and screen investment opportunities and make internal recommendations based upon established underwriting and due-diligence protocols. The person will also oversee purchase negotiations, due diligence, partner/lender communications, closing support, and all other aspects of buying self-storage facilities.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field with a strong record of academic achievement. MBAs are preferred, as well as those with a minimum of eight years of experience in commercial real estate analysis/asset management. He/she will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Human Resources Project Manager

This position will recommend, plan, and implement HR initiatives with Director of Talent related to talent acquisition, teammate engagement, leadership development, performance management, total rewards, and succession planning. He/she will manage complex projects balancing design needs with implementation and business needs. The person will also conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports on recruitment, engagement, and retention metrics.

The candidate will possess at least five years of progressive human resource experience in a generalist or talent acquisition role. He/she will have prior experience serving as a Performance Management System Administrator and a demonstrated history of developing and implementing creative approaches to strategic staffing and other talent efforts. The person will also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, project management, or a related field.
