Maintenance Manager

This position will prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversee the work product while optimizing brewery up time. He/she will coach, counsel, and manage performance of direct reports, and develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery. The person will also arrange for and manage appropriate third-party vendor support as needed, and prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – or have Military or Trade School training – and have a minimum of five years of related experience as a maintenance supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment. He/she will also have a minimum of three years of experience in plant maintenance with knowledge of technical craft skills (electrical, plumbing, advanced mechanical, HVAC, and/or multi-stage refrigeration systems).

Maintenance Repair & Operations Buyer

This position will provide purchasing duties to support plant production and maintenance for two production breweries. He/she will receive, stock, control, and inventory tools and parts and technical orders to support equipment. The person will also maintain accuracy of inventory through constant updates of parts and equipment, and identify alternative vendors or products that meet the specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, and have experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage Production environment with a proven demonstration of proper urgency. He/she will have a minimum of five years of MRO/maintenance parts management and purchasing experience. The person will have experience and understanding of the importance in maintaining an accurate parts inventory level and accuracy in a CMMS Maintenance Management Program.

Restaurant Manager

This position will take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes, and create and execute plans for staff development. He/she will plan and coordinate event menus, coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, and respond to customer complaints. The person will ensure that all employees adhere to the company’s policy standards, conduct thorough table visits, and organize table reservations.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with others as a team, and is physically capable of lifting and moving at least 50 pounds. He/she must be flexible with regard to work schedule and hours. The person must have the ability to be around alcohol without abuse of it.
