This position initiates targeted outreach calls and advises contacts about knowledge solutions; tracks all outreach initiatives and compiles data to evaluate success of campaigns; and handles inbound telephone inquiries and transactions, including assisting customers with web services.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or higher and customer service experience and training; experience with Microsoft Excel; and completion of the Institutes’ program.

Senior Content Writer

This position creates or revises learning objects and other material with an eye toward crafting compelling, application-oriented content; maintains and expands risk management and insurance acumen; and participates on teams as a member, leader, or facilitator.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of journalistic and/or technical writing experience; risk management and insurance subject matter expertise; and experience producing a wide range of content for different audiences, including adult learners.

Senior Director of Assessments

This position serves as team leader and manager for assessment directors; promotes and encourages teamwork by leading the team to achieve the departmental and organizational goals; and grows the assessments team through training, coaching, and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree and a minimum of five years of managerial experience in a related discipline; a minimum of five to seven years of experience in insurance, assessments, or a related field; and experience in educational services.
