Senior Corporate Communications Director/Writer
Reporting to the vice president of corporate communications, this person’s primary job responsibility is to develop a wide range of written corporate communications through regular engagement with the company’s senior management, product teams, and investor-relations consultants. The position requires extensive experience generating a large volume of technically focused and creative communications at a corporate level.
The candidate will have 10 years of professional experience writing both technical and creative communications for a major corporation, industry association, or public-relations firm. He/she will have a substantial portfolio of writing samples, including issued press releases and published articles/case studies/news stories/white papers. A Bachelor’s Degree is required and a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Manager of Marketing Engagement Services
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Operations and works closely with sales operations, IT, Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence, and various cross-functional groups to ensure global consistency and best practices. The new hire will collaborate with the Application Marketing, Platform Marketing, and Industry Marketing teams and serve as project manager and primary contact for services provided by the Marketing Engagement Services Team.
The candidate will possess five years of marketing experience in enterprise software or a B2B company, and have two years of experience managing a dispersed team. A high-energy disposition combined with the ability to manage multiple initiatives for a diverse group of team members and stakeholders is required. He/she must also have a willingness to embrace change and the ability to thrive under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Senior Manager, Global Tax
Reporting to the Global Tax Director, this role will serve as a critical liaison with other members of the tax team, as well as the financial reporting and accounting teams, external advisors, and external auditor regarding tax compliance, accounting, and effective tax-rate issues. He/she will be responsible for assisting Global Tax Director with all aspects of worldwide tax matters.
The candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years professional domestic and international tax-income experience with a public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporation. He/she will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related course of study. CPA certification and/or a MS Taxation, or MBA is preferred. Must be a highly motivated, solution-driven self-starter with strong problem-solving, technical, and analytical abilities.
