Systems Support Analyst – Tier 1 (Malvern)

This CubeSmart position will provide first-level support by answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone, voicemail, and email requests from both corporate and field personnel with hardware, software, networking, and other computer related problems. He/she will remotely install new hardware and software upgrades in accordance with established procedures and software licensing agreements. The person will also monitor computer virus activity and assists in the deployment of virus protection software on personal computers.

The candidate must be flexible to work day, evenings, and weekends, and possess solid computer, word processing, spreadsheet and database software skills. He/she must have a familiarity with mobile devices and the ability to work with and train end-users with various degrees of computer knowledge. A Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Senior Data Analyst (Malvern)

This position will lead the continued enhancement of the Company’s revenue management system, interfacing with both internal and external analytical and development resources. This will include direct interaction with a renowned academic expert in the Revenue Management discipline, with whom CubeSmart maintains a consulting relationship. He/she will design, implement, and evaluate statistical testing protocol for website, call center, and pricing optimization.

The candidate will possess an MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline (Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) with one to five years of relevant professional experience. He/she will also have a strong background in applied statistics (regression analysis), microeconomics (discrete choice modeling) and mathematical optimization. The person must also be a proficient technical programmer (e.g., SQL, MatLab, R, SAS, Excel/VBA, C++, Python, etc.).

Asset Manager (Malvern)

This position will evaluate facility performance and productivity, and use quantitative and analytical reasoning to assess and effectively improve facility operations. He/she will articulate strategies and tactics to management to continually enhance Partner satisfaction, and will research and respond to issues at stores such as staffing, expenses, etc. The person will serve as interface between Partners and various CubeSmart departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Operations, etc.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have developed knowledge and understanding of accounting function and the ability to read financial statements. He/she must have a strong customer-service mentality and strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Previous self-storage experience is a plus.
