Hankin Group – Commercial Property Manager

Hankin Group, a developer of distinctive commercial, residential and retail properties based in Eagleview is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager. The Commercial Property Manager creates value by effectively managing the operational performance of Hankin’s 1.3M+sq.ft. Class “A” office/flex/retail portfolio including:

  • Manage the operational and financial performance of the Commercial Portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships
  • Maintain high performing and tenant focused teams

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial property management experience, 3+ years of supervisory and team building experience and strong financial analysis, budgeting, and/or accounting skills. A Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and/or BA/BS degree preferred.

Chester County Democratic Committee – Executive Director

The Chester County Democratic Committee seeks an executive director to lead and/or assist with fundraising, communications, party and electoral operations. Candidate should be seeking to grow with an expanding county party and should expect time-flexible, 40-hour+ weeks. The Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for implementing the strategy and plans of the Chester County Democratic Party at the direction of its Officers and Executive Committee, and will report directly to the party chair.

In addition to a Bachelor of Arts or Sciences or an advanced degree, the ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and VoteBuilder and have extensive experience on popular social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Applicants should possess a basic understanding of fundraising, voter registration and election procedures as well as have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a vehicle.

YMCA of Greater Brandywine – Director, Benefits and HR Administration

The Director, Benefits and HR Administration at the YMCA has primary responsibility for managing the benefits function of the Association, along with providing support of other HR processes. Responsibilities include proactive management of benefits plans and related compliance requirements in coordination with YMCA executives, benefits brokers, and others; providing guidance to employees and management with regard to various HR policies and practices; completion of data reports for outside agencies, etc. and implementing, updating and maintaining HR systems, among other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a four year college degree in related field required and a minimum of two years of Human Resources experience preferred or minimum of two years administrative/office experience as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
