Design Strategist

This position leads a design team in the collaborative development of multichannel communications; researches and develops ideas and strategies from all media channels to create systemic design solutions; and proposes and promotes graphic consistency, standards, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of experience in a design, advertising, or communications environment; and experience conducting design research, analysis, and promoting strategic design efforts.

Senior Developer

This position builds effective ways to monitor product health, business metrics, and consumer usage patterns; keeps projects on track by communicating with project managers, spotting issues, and generating cost and time estimates; and builds and motivates IT teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 10 years of developer or systems analyst experience; excellent communication, analysis, and analytical skills; and advanced front-end experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, TypeScript, and ES6.

This position manages a portfolio of searches for the Top 3 level roles of the firm; proactively manages the recruiting process by understanding talent selection and attraction challenges, as well as business priorities; and executes an end-to-end recruitment process with a One HR approach.
