Director/Senior Director, Medical Affairs
Vernalis Therapeutics, in Berwyn, is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Affairs to represent Vernalis in scientific presentations, conferences and industry groups, serve as the spokesperson with KOLs and support optimal life-cycle management, ensure compliance of all Clinical and Medical Affairs activities within regulatory and legal requirements, company policies and procedures and ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place.
Applicants should preferably have a MD qualification and at least seven years of pharmaceutical medical affairs leadership experience. Other essential experience includes: managing safety and Pharmacovigilance activities, US market and commercialization, including launching pharmaceutical products in the US, and clinical trials from development through to execution.

Finance Manager
Vernalis Therapeutics, in Berwyn, is seeking a Finance Manager. This role is very “hands on” with prime responsibility for managing the financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the US commercial business. Once hired, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of accurate books and records for the US business, ensure compliance with US and Group policies supporting a strong controls environment, provide the necessary financial analysis to support the local operational business, and Safeguard assets and assure timely recording of all transactions.
Applicants should have a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and preferably a CPA/MBA qualification, together with a minimum of five years experience of working in accounting/finance, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.

Commercial Business Analyst
Vernalis Therapeutics, in Berwyn, is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst. The role includes providing strategic and analytical consulting support for commercial strategies and initiatives and working closely with key stakeholders. The Commercial Business Analyst creates, gathers, designs and develops sales KPI reports, design and execute procedures to produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports/competitive assessments, and work closely with senior managers, on ad hoc requests to analyze sales patterns and trends.
Applicants should have a minimum of three years sales and marketing analytics experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including integrating, analyzing and reporting sales, market and supply chain data from various sources. A high proficiency in MS Office and database organization is required.
