Kyle Hudson of the web site WestChester.guru is reporting the Committee to Restore Rail Service, a group that wants to bring train service back to West Chester, held its first meeting Dec. 3.
There has been no train service to the borough since 1986. The committee hopes to rally public support to gain serious attention from SEPTA. Read the full report on westchester.guru.
