Pennsylvania’s only florist shop with a winery isn’t showing any signs of wilting, even after 40 years.

The hard work of a Downingtown couple’s hobby turned business has earned Virginia Donnolo’s Distinctive Florals and Gourmet Shop a spot on CBS 3’s list of top 10 florists as well as customers across the world, and Donnolo intends her business to bloom for 40 more years.

“Our biggest honor is that our customers keep coming back,” Donnolo said in a Daily Local News feature. “I have people who come in to get their prom flowers and then they come back for their wedding flowers and then eventually they return for their kids’ flowers.”
