Exton Mall CEO To Speak At National Real Estate Investment Trust Conference

Joseph F. Coradino, chief executive officer of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, will be a speaker at this week’s national conference of real estate investment trusts at the Waldorf Astoria in New York.

Investor-Edge took a look at PREIT in a trading session on May 30, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished at 16,717.17, up 0.11 percent and the NASDAQ Composite closed at 4,242.62, down 0.13 percent. PREIT shares recorded a trading volume of 0.90 million shares, which was above its three months average volume of 0.79 million shares. The stock ended the day at $17.95, which was 1.10 percent lower its previous day’s closing of $18.15, and registered an intraday range of $17.91 and $18.31.

Shares in PREIT have gained 8.46 percent in the last one month, although, the company’s shares have lost 2.29 percent in the previous three trading sessions and 5.43 percent on YTD basis. The company’s stock is trading above its 50-day moving average. The stock’s 50-day moving average of $17.53 is below its 200-day moving average of $18.25. Additionally, shares of the company have an RSI of 55.73, Investor-Edge reported.

PREIT has a current portfolio of 45 properties – shopping malls and retail sites – in 12 states.
