A partnership between two Chester County companies is the driving force behind a new 29-story apartment, retail and office building rising on Market Street in Philadelphia.
Radnor-based Brandywine Realty Trust and Berwyn-based LCOR have joined forces to construct the 455,000-square-foot complex at 1919 Market St., with 90 percent of its 24,000 square feet of business space pre-leased for the building’s spring 2016 opening, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report.
The project, backed by $89 million in financing, boasts 321 apartments, a 315-vehicle parking garage and commitments from Independence Blue Cross and CVS.
