Credit Officer
This position is responsible for independently underwriting, approving, and managing credit risk within assigned commercial lending portfolios in accordance with the bank’s credit policy, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations. The role is intended for an experienced credit professional with prior hands‑on underwriting and portfolio management experience, capable of exercising independent credit judgment across complex credit structures. The role serves as a trusted risk partner to Relationship Management, providing sound credit judgment, structural guidance, and timely identification of emerging credit risks while supporting prudent loan growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience. He/she will have a minimum of seven years of progressive commercial credit experience, including direct underwriting responsibility and portfolio management for commercial loan portfolios. The person will have demonstrated experience managing risk across one or more asset classes.

Portfolio Manager IV
This position requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise in exercising sound judgement in credit and risk administration through continuous credit monitoring to identify emerging credit risk in a timely manner. He/she analyzes financial information for a complex portfolio with limited to reasonable involvement from the Relationship Manager. The person ensures all Service Level Agreements, regulatory compliance requirements, and the bank’s credit risk profiles are monitored and maintained.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of seven years of experience in underwriting and portfolio management. He/she must be well versed in writing, defining, and testing covenants and analyzing CPA-prepared financial statements/tax returns. The person will exhibit a deep knowledge of loan structuring, risk assessment, and credit policies and procedures.

Tax Lien Relationship Manager — Commercial Banking
This position will develop, expand, and retain commercial relationships that will enable the Structured Finance Division to achieve or exceed its financial and non-financial goals and objectives. He/she will ensure that assigned Structured Finance assets and liabilities are properly accounted for, serviced, and protected from loss or impairment in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and sound banking practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 7-10 years of commercial banking experience. He/she will have demonstrated knowledge of commercial lending practices, compliance issues, and underwriting skills with a strong understanding of traditional tax lien financing. The person will also have strong interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills.
