
Rachel Sargent, RKL’s Chief Operating Officer, was named one of Central Penn Business Journal’s 2026 Women of Influence.
The award celebrates high-achieving women for their accomplishments. These women are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement, leadership, and commitment to mentoring.

As COO, Sargent oversees RKL’s operations and support services, including finance, IT, human resources, administrative support, and building and asset management. In this role, she helps ensure the firm’s infrastructure, systems, and people are well-positioned to support both current needs and future growth.
Sargent began her career as an auditor at RKL, where she worked for six years before transitioning to private industry. She later served in key finance leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Integration at a leading sales and distribution company in the oil and gas industry. She returned to RKL as COO in 2025.
