The Philadelphia Business Journal has released its Best Places to Work list for companies in the “small” category, with Chester County businesses landing among the 80 total ranked companies, writes Lara Schwartz for the publication.
PBJ partners with Quantum Workplace to determine the top employers in Greater Philadelphia. Businesses are chosen based on surveys sent to workers at nominated companies, which contain questions related to benefits, compensation, leadership, and more.
The list is divided into five categories depending on size, including micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large based on number of employees.
Two Chester County companies are among the small category for top employers.
PPR Capital Management made the list, which is ordered alphabetically. It is a real estate investment company based in Wayne.
Also in Wayne, PurpleLab is a healthcare data and analytics firm.
On July 23, the top three highest-ranked companies in each category will be unveiled at a Stateside Live! event.
