Distinctive GardensWest Chester. Just a couple of miles out of town, Distinctive Gardens has outdoor space with plants and vegetables, as well as a garden center shop and greenhouse that keep plants in best condition. The Garden ShoppeWayne. This garden hub in Wayne has an abundance of plants and flowers for any outdoor setup, with all plants grown locally besides tropical ones. Founded in 1985 by Dave and Gerri Whetstone, the Shoppe is a premier place to buy seasonal shrubbery, decor, and even food. From June to September, the gift shop transforms into a farmers market with vibrant fruits and vegetables to pick out.

The Green House — West Chester. Now situated in the former Fairman’s space in the borough, The Green House stocks houseplants and organic products. Including handmade pottery and decor, to propagation and natural body and baby care items, the shop also does public and private workshops.
