The Mummers Parade will take place Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026 and begin at 9 a.m. It will run through about 7 p.m.

Where Is the Mummers Parade?

The Mummers Parade will take place through Broad Street. It generally begins near City Hall in Center City and the mummers march down Broad Street towards South Philadelphia.

How to watch the Mummers Parade

The Mummers Parade can be attended in-person and watched for free anywhere along the parade’s path.

The parade will also be broadcast live on WDPN-TV (MeTV2) and WFMZ-TV Channel 69. It will also be available online on WFZ.com, WFMZPlus, ZEAM, FrndlyTV, NewsOn, LocalNow.

Other Logistics to Know

Driving to the Mummers Parade is not encouraged. Those seeking to attend in person are recommended to take public transit, particularly the Broad Street Line.

There will be portable restrooms for those in attendance, and will be placed along the route.

Food vendors will also be clustered near City Hall and major intersections throughout the route.

Expect there to be very dense crowds throughout, and with the parade outdoors, make sure to dress warmly.
