The Chester County OIC President and CEO, Javonna Wylie, will serve as a featured panelist at the Welcoming Center and The Wardrobe’s Networking & Career Clothing Drive on Dec. 18.
This inspiring community event, held at The Wardrobe Office in Philadelphia, is open to the public and designed to uplift and empower women on their professional journeys.
Guests will engage in a thoughtful conversation on identity, authenticity, and confidence in the workplace. With leaders like Wylie contributing their insight and experience, the panel will explore how women navigate evolving definitions of womanhood while staying true to themselves and building meaningful careers.
Attendees are encouraged to bring new or gently used professional winter attire to support The Wardrobe’s mission of helping individuals feel prepared for employment opportunities. Along with the panel discussion, participants will have the chance to network with employers, business leaders, and community members — expanding connections that can spark new growth.
A light breakfast will be served, and the event concludes with an exclusive after-party featuring private store access from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM.
CCOIC is excited to support this important gathering that celebrates confidence, community, and career readiness for all.
