Fifteen Montgomery County companies earned a spot on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2025 list of Greater Philadelphia’s fastest-growing companies based on average two-year revenue growth, according to a staff report from the Philadelphia Business Journal.
To qualify for the list, the companies needed to have a minimum revenue of $750,000 in 2022 – the first year of consideration – and increased revenue each year thereafter.
The highest ranking Montgomery County company on the FAST 50 list is dlivrd, based in Horsham, in third place, with a two-year growth rate of 77.02 percent. The company reported revenue of $11.89 million in 2022, $24.33 million the following year, and $36.35 million in 2024.
Globus Medical, based in Audubon, is next in sixth place with a two-year growth rate of 56.89 percent. The company’s revenue increased from $1.02 billion in 2022 to $1.57 billion in 2023 and $2.52 billion in 2024.
Mahathi Infotech in King of Prussia also broke the top 10 at No. 8 with a two-year growth rate of 50.46 percent. Plymouth Meeting-based Mechanical X Advantage ranked No. 12, posting a two-year growth rate of 42.6 percent.
