Six Bucks County Schools Rank Among Top 50 High Schools in Pennsylvania

Niche recently released its ranking of the best public high schools in Pennsylvania, and six Bucks County schools were placed in the top 50.

Six Bucks County high schools ranked among the top 50 public high schools in Pennsylvania, according to a new list from Niche

The rankings were determined by comparing factors such as college readiness, state test scores, teacher quality and graduation rates. The schools on the list have also been graded based on academics, teachers, clubs and activities, college prep, diversity, and administration. 

The first Bucks County school on the list, ranked at No. 9, was New Hope-Solebury High School. The school, with a current 447 students, was given an “A+“ by the site. 

Central Bucks High School East was placed at No. 17 and also received an “A+” score. Currently, 1,340 students are enrolled at CB East. 

With a score of “A,” Central Bucks High School South was the next Bucks County school on the list, placing at 31. According to Niche, 1,759 students are currently enrolled at the school. 

Next on the list at No. 34 is Central Bucks High School West. The site gave the school, which currently has 1,465 students, an “A.” 

The final high school in the top 50, ranked at No. 45, was Council Rock High School South. 1,946 students are currently attending the school, which received a grade of “A.”
