Safe Harbor of Chester County in West Chester announces that Chris Street has joined the nonprofit as the new Director of Development.
Chris brings a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, and communications.
At the Boys & Girls Club of Clifton, he helped secure significant funding, created donor thank-you videos, and designed annual reports that showcased real impact.
He has worked across events, individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and content creation—exactly the expertise Safe Harbor is looking for as it continues to grow.
Chris holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Montclair State University and is pursuing his M.A. in Business & Technical Writing at West Chester University.
Before moving into the nonprofit world, he spent more than five years in the creative field (photography, videography, branding), which he now brings to Safe Harbor to help elevate its storytelling.
Chris is a resident of Collegeville with his wife, young daughter, and two Australian shepherds.
