HVAC Residential Service Tech
Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated HVAC Residential Service Technician who will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, duct systems, and related piping and electrical components.
They will perform equipment startups, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure all work meets manufacturer and job specifications. Strong customer service skills are essential, as the technician will communicate system operations, maintenance, and recommendations directly with homeowners.
Additional duties include accurate documentation, collecting payments, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers professional growth, limited on-call schedules, and the opportunity to work locally in Chester County with a supportive, collaborative team.

HVAC Commercial Service Tech
Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician who will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, chillers, rooftop units, energy management systems, and temperature controls.
They will perform equipment startups, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure all work meets manufacturer and job specifications. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as the technician will explain system operations, maintenance, and recommendations directly to clients.
Additional duties include accurate documentation, collecting payments, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This position offers competitive pay starting at $40 per hour (with higher rates based on experience), excellent benefits including 100 percent employer-paid health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth while working locally in Chester County.
