Carley Razzi, president of Penns Woods Winery in Chadds Ford, has shared some of her favorite local spots throughout the Main Line, writes Gina Lizzo for Main Line Today.
Razzi named several local businesses as her favorite places for dining, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities, and more.
Razzi and her family often spent time at Suburban Square, a shopping complex in Ardmore. She recommends Maman for coffee, Sweet Stuff for sweet treats, and Addison Bay for retail shopping.
The winery president also recommends White Dog Café. The restaurant chain has several locations throughout the Philadelphia suburbs, including Wayne and Chester Springs.
As for events and live music, Razzi named the Ardmore Music Hall as a favorite stop for both daytime family events and evening concerts.
Penns Woods Winery was started in 2001 by Gino Razzi. Carley joined the company in 2010 to help grow the business.
She helped bring on additional team members and wine experts. The winery now boasts three vineyard sites and uses sustainable farming practices throughout each location.
Now, the winery offers outdoor lawn seating throughout the summer and a walk-up tasting bar. The winery also features live music on the lawn every Saturday and Sunday from April through October.
