Freedom Village at Brandywine is proud to announce a recent donation of $10,000 to the East Brandywine Fire Company (EBFC), a vital organization that serves and protects the local community through emergency response, education, and outreach.
“It is a privilege to support the East Brandywine Fire Company,” said Freedom Village Executive Director Danielle Geyer. “Their dedication to protecting the safety and well-being of our residents and the surrounding community is truly invaluable. This contribution is a small token of our deep gratitude for their continued service.”
The EBFC provides a range of critical services, including fire response and medical emergency assistance. The fire company has also gone above and beyond in engaging with Freedom Village residents, conducting fire safety presentations, Q&A sessions, fire and evacuation drills, and equipment demonstrations.
In addition to emergency response, the EBFC has been a trusted partner in Freedom Village’s continuous improvement efforts, offering expert guidance on emergency planning, equipment purchases, and safety protocols.
The EBFC has shared that this $10,000 donation will be used to help outfit their new Rescue Truck, ensuring they remain well-equipped to provide exceptional service to the community.
