We all want to be healthier and have a healthy lifestyle, but where do we start and how can we be successful? Even if we know what we should be doing, it can be difficult to make those changes.

Each month, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will lead a discussion on an interesting, timely, and immediately useful topic about food, activity, stress, and wellness. Let CCH help you get motivated, break down barriers, set goals, and change your lifestyle.

Registration is free but required. Call 610-738-2300 or register online.

This will be a virtual, online presentation offered through Zoom. After you register, Chester County Hospital will send you details and instructions so that you can connect and participate in this presentation from your home computer or other device. You will receive your link and all instructions by email prior to the event.

Apr. 26, 11:00 AM-12:15 PM: Hands-Only CPR + AED Training. Most Americans feel helpless during a cardiac emergency. Would you, a family member or friend know what to do if you saw someone suddenly collapse? Increase your confidence and reduce your fears and hesitation during an emergency by being trained in Hands-Only CPR.

By learning Hands-Only CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) or CPR without mouth-to-mouth breathing, you can increase confidence and reduce hesitation in life-saving situations. This training also includes a demonstration of the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and education on early heart attack signs and symptoms.

Registration is free but required. Call 610-738-2300 or register online.

Calm your mind, take a much-needed break, and practice full-body relaxation and rejuvenation. This virtual lunch and learn will give you the tools to feel more relaxed and refreshed in just 30 minutes!
