Here are two businesses offering matcha treats and desserts perfect for any matcha enthusiast.
Cakeposer—Paoli. A family-owned dessert shop for over eight years, they are famous for its matcha tiramisu served in a cup. Owners Ming and Ting met in Philadelphia and began Cakeposer with the goal of providing delicious treats with quality, low-sugar ingredients. The shop also serves a Japanese matcha cream cake, matcha crêpes, and matcha lattes.
Le Mignon Cake & Playroom—Devon. A signature item at Le Mignon is the Matcha Nama Chocolate, a matcha-inspired twist on Nama chocolate, which is typically a creamy ganache made with fresh cream. They also offer mini matcha cakes and cake rolls. The shop also features a children’s playroom, making Le Mignon accessible for all ages.
