Danielle Rossi Galdieri, a Senior Business Development Manager at Akkodis, has built a career on helping businesses grow and individuals find their dream jobs.
Born in Media and raised in Newtown Square, Galdieri’s career journey began at the young age of 14 when she took her first job working at her father’s CPA firm after school. This early exposure to the professional world instilled in her a strong work ethic and adaptability — qualities that have defined her career path.
A graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School, Galdieri initially pursued Accounting at Cabrini University before realizing her true passion lay elsewhere. She shifted gears, earning a degree in Cosmetology and thriving as a barber for over seven years. Eventually, she transitioned into IT sales and recruiting, where she discovered her passion for connecting people with opportunities.
In her role at Akkodis, Galdieri provides tailored solutions for clients across various industries, specializing in IT and Engineering. Her greatest fulfillment comes from helping businesses optimize costs and guiding candidates toward career success.
“My passion is helping people, whether that be developing cost optimization strategies for growing businesses or finding a candidate for their dream job,” Galdieri said. “Seeing my clients and candidates grow professionally over the last six years is what motivates me every day.”
Her proudest professional moment came when she was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in her first full year in IT sales and recruiting, a reflection of her courage and determination while switching careers at 30. She credits mentors Colleen DiFabio and Leslie Knight for their guidance, support, and belief in her potential.
Outside of work, Galdieri and her husband enjoy starting their mornings at Mayday Coffee and unwinding at Sedona Taphouse for dinner and drinks.
