“When it comes to business planning, I’m going to make sure that you’re thriving in 2025; that’s my number one goal,” she said. “I’m here to help.” Barton also notes that she will be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays and encourages agents to book time with her, to stop in and say hello, and to take advantage of anything she can help them with.
