As the back-to-school season approaches, local entrepreneurs Miguel Nieves, a 2020 VISTA Millennial Superstar, and Josh Stehle, a 2024 VISTA Millennial Superstar, are teaming up to support underprivileged children in the region.

The two are coordinating a drive to collect book bags and other school supplies and hope to make a positive impact on families in the community.

Nieves is the founder and CEO of Champions Grooming Co., a collection of quality grooming services — from barber services to schooling to pet grooming — in Chester County. The drive has gained significant momentum over the past month, after Nieves introduced an incentive for his clients: free gift cards for contributing to the cause.

Stehle — the founder of DeepThree Design, which specializes in custom graphic design and video production to build websites, and the author of I Am a Superhero Expert: Growing Up with My Autistic Brother — is focusing his collection efforts for the benefit of young people with challenges. He is partnering with SPIN (Special People in Northeast), a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that provides support for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.

The combined efforts of these VISTA Millennial Superstars exemplify the spirit of community and the impact that can be achieved when local leaders unite for a common cause.
