Malvern native Josh Stehle is President of DeepThree Design and an Author at 4 Horsemen Publications.
“I founded a website development company called DeepThree Design,” said Stehle. “We develop websites and marketing material for small businesses. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to help people succeed with their own dreams.”
Stehle’s first job began in his teenage years at his parents’ business — a chain of cell phone repair stores.
“I developed an entrepreneurial spirit from watching and learning from my parents,” he said.
Stehle attended Great Valley High School and then transferred to Arcadia University for two years where he played basketball. Currently, Stehle is a senior at West Chester University and will graduate this spring with a degree in Marketing.
Stehle credits a great deal of his professional success to Miguel Nieves, a community leader and former Vista Millennial Superstar (Class of 2020).
“Miguel is the Founder of Champions Premier Barber Shop, Champions School of Barbering, and Champions Premier Dog Parlor in West Chester,” said Stehle. “He’s an incredible mentor and teacher, and I hope to follow in his footsteps in my professional career.”
Over the course of his career so far, Stehle is particularly proud of his book, I am a Superhero Expert, which was published in 2022.
“It details my relationship with Zach, my autistic older brother, who is also my best friend and a true superhero expert,” said Stehle. “Writing this book and speaking at schools, businesses, and seminars has been an incredible experience. I’m currently working on my next book in collaboration with Zach.”
Stehle’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Opa in West Chester.
“The staff is always really friendly, and the food is always really delicious,” he said.
Stehle and the rest of the 2024 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 9 at Penn State Great Valley, Malvern.
